More Miracles Wrought in Armenia...
There is this family, that are all members and for the last year they have been receiving welfare from the church, and just like all the other members here, when we cut them off they tend to get angry. Well this one was a special kind of angry, they actually tried to come to our house and requested that their names be removed from the church records. Well tender mercies, they couldn't find our house, which really is a miracle because everybody knows where we live here. Anyway, the next day she demanded to meet with us so we met with her and their family. And She sat us down and we expected her to yell and tell us why we suck and all these different things, but instead she said, I've thought about this for a long time and I remembered that you are just temporary. Missionaries are only here for a couple months at most. So why should I stop coming to church? No we are going to keep coming to church and we are going to keep doing our calling. After, we were so confused, but ecstatic. A couple days passed and they came to church on the day that we usually talk about welfare and we thought, oh no they changed their minds they are just going to get mad at us again, and then we were wrong again. They just came to pay their tithing and to demand a second calling if possible. That was a huge miracle for us. Now she is one of our coolest members. God truly does work miracles, if we are willing to do the hard part, ripping off the band aid, you could say. He does work on the hearts of man today, we just have to hop on his train and work with Him on His will not our own. I know that to be true
